We’re looking for a campaign manager that will join our Israeli market media buying department. This is an exciting opportunity to join the experts at PiKoYa and to learn from the best in the industry.

In this role you will have to work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and ensure ROI on marketing campaigns. You will need to manage the organization's output effectively and respond quickly if things are going off-track.

You should be a self-starter, enthusiastic, optimistic, fast learner, good communicator, with a passion for online advertising. This position is vital to the success of our business and has great potential for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Work with clients to make sure their expectations are met.
  • Prioritize, upload, test, monitor budgets and optimize online advertising campaigns in the Israeli market.
  • Analyze the performance and profitability of advertising campaigns and work to grow the campaigns to their full potential utilizing strategy methods to find the perfect target audience.
Requirements
  • Problem identifier and solver.
  • strong planning skills.
  • creative thinking.
  • Talented in statistical analysis and proficient with numbers.
  • Internet savvy.
  • Good communication skills (written and oral).
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English (additional languages – an advantage).

Sales Account Manager

 
Haifa, Israel

We’re looking for a people person who has amazing customer service skills, is detail oriented and computer literate. This is an exciting opportunity to join the movers and shakers in Sales. As an Account Manager you will be working with clients in the online marketing industry on a day to day basis via email and skype mostly, checking in with them, taking care of their questions and building strong relationships. You will also learn to update our advertising and information systems. You will be working closely with the CEO, the Director of Sales and Sales Ops to leave no stone unturned and to maximize revenues. We’re looking for a self-starter to formalize, enhance and tackle this process head on. This individual should be an enthusiastic, optimistic, fast learner and good communicator. This position is vital to the running of our operation and has great potential for growth.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with clients via email and Skype to build relationships, answer questions and to identify potential online advertising campaigns to work on.
  • Update advertising and information systems.
  • Work with Sales Ops to upload, test, update and monitor campaigns.
  • Work with Sales Dept. to analyze the performance and profitability of advertising campaigns.  
  • Help in the invoicing process.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years prior experience in a similar position.
  • Pristine customer service skills, a real people person.
  • Great communication skills (written and oral).
  • Fluent in English, Mother Tongue Level (additional languages – an advantage).
  • Team player but required to work independently as well.
  • Structure and process-oriented with great attention to detail.
  • Willing to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Good level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), specifically spreadsheets and data analysis.
  • Availability for travel abroad about twice a year.
